Ather Energy has revealed its latest prices, following the revised FAME II scheme. Both Ather 450X and Ather 450 Plus are now Rs 14,500 less expensive than before. Take a look at the price list for major cities.
Ather Energy expanded its network yet again in April 2021. The 450X is now available in Delhi as well as Jaipur.
In the same month, Ather Energy had also set up 10 new charging stations in Mumbai to curb range anxiety. In total, there are 129 Ather grids in India. These charging points are open to other EV users as well, apart from Ather 450X riders. That too for free until September 2021.
Ather also offers assured buyback for both models at the end of three years. Customers are eligible to get Rs 70,000 for the 450 Plus and Rs 85,000 for the 450X, as part of the buyback scheme. You can head here to read more about it.

The price of Ather 450X starts at Rs. 1.27 Lakh and goes upto Rs. 1.46 Lakh. Ather 450X is offered in 2 variants – 450 Plus and the top variant 450X 450X which comes at a price tag of Rs. 1.46 Lakh.
Ather 450X Specifications
The Ather 450X uses a 6kW 26Nm Permanent Magnet Synchronous (PMS) Motor linked to a new 21, 700 cell setup in the lithium-ion battery pack and Battery Management System (BMS). It offers a claimed range of 70km in Ride mode and 85km in Eco. The Ather 450X can accelerate from 0-40kmph in 3.41 seconds in Warp mode.

Ather Energy has taken a rather futuristic approach with the overall design of the 450X. It’s a practical e-scooter with a sporty look. From its front apron-mounted LED headlight to the sleek body cladding, everything adds up well and fits perfectly on the scooter.
Ather 450X Features
Being a smart scooter, the Ather 450X gets a truckload of features, from LED lights all around to connectivity and intelligent features such as in-built Google Maps navigation and digital document storage. All these features can be accessed on the 7-inch colour touchscreen which has been updated with a 1.3 GHz Snapdragon processor and built on an Android Open Source operating system. The latest updates from Ather include Bluetooth connection based music and call controls. Moreover, the 450X comes with integrated 4G LTE SIM connectivity.

The Ather 450X has gotten two new rivals: the Ola S1 Pro and the Simple One, in addition to its older foes the Bajaj Chetak and the TVS iQube electric.
