The 2021 Tata Tigor EV has gone on sale with prices ranging between Rs 11.99 lakh and Rs 13.14 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India). It’s currently Tata’s most affordable EV for sale for private buyers. The electric sedan has also received a 4-star rating in the Global NCAP crash tests.

The Tigor EV is priced from Rs. 11.99 – 13.14 Lakh (ex-showroom Begusarai). Tigor EV comes in 4 variants of spec and feature combinations and available in 4 colours.

Tata Tigor EV Specifications

Tata is offering the facelifted Tigor EV with the Nexon EV’s Ziptron powertrain. The electric sedan comes with an IP67-rated 26kWh battery pack and an electric motor producing 75PS/170Nm (54PS/75Nm less than the Nexon EV). It has an ARAI-claimed range of 306km. The 2021 Tigor EV can be charged from 0-80 percent within an hour via fast charging and in 8.5 hours with a home charger.

Tata Tigor EV Features

The Tigor EV comes with auto AC, a height-adjustable driver seat, a 7-inch Harman touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a cooled glovebox. It also gets keyless entry, push-button start/stop, and 30+ connected car tech features. Passenger safety is taken care of by dual airbags, ABS with EBD, hill ascent and descent assist, and rear parking sensors. Also, the occupants safety is backed by a four-star safety rating by the Global NCAP.
