Hero MotoCorp has launched a new trim of its 110cc scooter, the Pleasure Plus, called the XTec. It gets a new LED projector headlight, a bright yellow shade and smartphone connectivity module. Head to our story for more details.
The Hero Pleasure Plus 110 is offered in a base variant with sheet metal at Rs 61,900, an alloy wheel variant at Rs 64,200, and a top-of-the-line Platinum variant for Rs 66,400 (ex-showroom Delhi).
The Hero Pleasure Plus 110 is powered by a BS6-compliant fuel-injected 110.9cc engine developing 8.1PS at 7,000rpm and 8.7Nm at 5,500rpm. Hero claims the updated Pleasure offers 10 percent faster acceleration than before.
Hero has equipped the BS6 Pleasure Plus with 130mm drum brakes at both ends. Suspension equipment includes a bottom link spring-loaded suspension at the front and a swingarm-mounted single shock at the rear. The Hero Pleasure Plus rides on 10-inch wheels at both ends, wrapped in 90/100 section tyres.
The Hero Pleasure Plus competes against the Honda Activa 6G and the TVS Scooty Zest 110. In its price range, you can also opt for the TVS Sport or Bajaj CT 110.
