The S-Cross is powered by Maruti’s 105PS 1.5-litre petrol engine that can be had with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 4-speed torque converter. Automatic variants benefit from a mild hybrid system which packs functions like torque boost and start-stop functionalities. In terms of fuel efficiency, the manual variant returns 18.55kmpl while the automatic variant boasts a claimed figure of 18.43kmpl.
