Okinawa PraisePro Latest Updates
The PraisePro is Okinawa’s high-speed electric scooter. Last year, it had received a significant price cut, thanks to the Fame-II subsidy.
You can officially book the scooter at the company website for Rs 2,000.
The Okinawa PraisePro is powered by a 1kW BLDC motor paired with a 2 kWh removable lithium-ion battery. The peak power is 2.5 kW, and its top speed is limited to 58 kmph. Okinawa claims a charging time of 2-3 hours and a range of 88km in ‘Sports’ mode.
The EV features LED headlight and DRLs, a fully digital LCD console, central locking with an anti-theft alarm, keyless entry, and a USB port. The PraisePro is suspended on a conventional telescopic front fork and twin rear shocks, and for braking, it gets a front disc and a rear drum brake setup.
You get a 3-year or a 30,000-km warranty (whichever is earlier) with the motor and a 3-year warranty with the battery.
