The 2022 Maruti Brezza is being prepared for its launch on June 30 and pre-launch promotional activities are underway. The latest teaser reveals the fact that the subcompact SUV will get the updated 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system from the upgraded Baleno. Lower-spec variants are likely to get the smaller 7-inch unit.

Based on our experience with the Baleno, we can say that the new unit has crisp graphics and feels fast enough to use. It gets connected car tech and you can even operate certain features using your smartphone from the comfort of your home. It supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay (wired for both) and gets Arkamys’ Surround Sense tuned sound system. Last but not least, it also gets voice commands functionality as well.
