The test mule looks near production-ready
Royal Enfield’s upcoming 650cc motorcycle, the Shotgun 650, has been spotted testing in India yet again. This time, however, the motorcycle was in an almost production-ready avatar and packed a bunch of accessories.
In the new spy shots, we get a clearer picture of the upcoming motorcycle donning accessories like an engine crash guard, with auxiliary lights mounted on it and bar end mirrors. This suggests that the roadster will have a bunch of accessories made available at the time of launch.

Apart from that, the design and hardware on the test mule were similar to the one we spotted in June. It features a circular LED headlight and turn indicators, a twin-pod instrument cluster, a split seat setup, triangular side panels and dual-tone alloys along with twin side exhausts.
The hardware includes a USD fork and dual shock absorbers along with single discs at both ends for braking purposes. As seen in the earlier spy shot, the RE Shotgun will come equipped with ByBre callipers, along with dual-channel ABS. For more details on the bike head here.

The RE Shotgun 650 is expected to officially break cover in early 2023 and can be expected to come with a price tag of Rs 3.15 lakh (ex-showroom).
