Toyota Releases Mid-Spec G Version of Rumion Automatic; Starting at Rs 13 lakh

The leading automaker Toyota has introduced the Rumion’s mid-spec trim with an automatic transmission, dubbed G, in an effort to draw in more buyers. At a price of Rs 13 lakh (ex-showroom), it has been released. Customers now have more options as the MPV can be purchased with an automatic or manual transmission thanks to the most recent variant.

Customers who are interested can now reserve the car by paying a token amount of Rs 11,000, which is fully refundable. It can be reserved online at an official website or by calling an authorized dealership. The first delivery date is set for May 5, 2024.

The new model has LED headlights and LED tailamps at the back, and it is built using the same architecture as the standard model. It has the company’s recognizable dark grille up front, showcasing Toyota’s chrome-plated emblem.

Features

Regarding features, the Rumion G automatic has a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as wireless car connect technologies.

In terms of safety, the manufacturer has added two front airbags and fitted it with various other features like speed alert, ISOFIX child seat, hill hold control, seat belt reminder, and EBD. The front fog lights, automatic temperature control, engine start/stop switch, and Toyota i-Connect connected car technology are among the standout features.

Engine and Power

The car’s 1.5-liter K-series gasoline engine powers the undercarriage of the vehicle. At 4,400 rpm, the unit can produce 137 Nm and 102 Bhp of maximum power, respectively. An automatic 6-speed transmission is mated to the power supply.
