A high-end, five-seat SUV called the Ford Territory may be offered alongside Endeavour

There has been constant talk about Ford’s return to the Indian market, and it looks like the company is currently preparing a large number of new SUVs for our market, though there has been no official confirmation on this as of yet. Having said that, the Ford Territory appears to be an additional SUV that would be competitive with the full-sized Endeavour in our market.

Being a sort of crossover, the new Ford Territory is a five-seater SUV that is smaller than the Endeavour. Even though the new generation model has less road presence than the new Endeavour, it still has a handsome design thanks to its larger grille, sharper looks, and slim LED lights on 19-inch wheels.

It is equipped with a standard 7-speed automatic transmission and a 1.8L GTDI EcoBoost engine that is tuned for daily driving. Along with the standard technology, there are two screens inside with a clutter-free cabin layout that include a 12.3-inch touchscreen. The Territory, positioned in a market segment that would accommodate the new Endeavour, may prove to be a roomy competitor to high-end SUVs.

We believe these two SUVs make sense for our market, even though nothing about the new Endeavour or even the Territory launch has been confirmed.

Ford is expected to launch its India operations with the Endeavour by bringing back a lineup of CBU products, with the possibility of local assembly added later. Because the Territory is a roomy urban SUV, it makes sense for our market as well.

An optional wireless charging kit is available for the All-New Ford Territory, enabling you to charge your smartphone wirelessly without using a plug. The fix fits inside the console and keeps the battery fully charged even when using the rights icon to stream audio or make calls.

You can establish a cruising speed and separation from the car in front of you with the help of adaptive cruise control, or ACC. It naturally slows down when it does. When traffic starts moving again, you get back to your pre-arranged distance and speed. For convenience, the controls are situated on the steering wheel.
