Specifications

The engine lineup of the Maruti Fronx and the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor is identical. The two available engines are a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine with 88 horsepower and 113 Nm of torque and a 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with 99 horsepower and 148 Nm of torque. The turbocharged petrol models have a six-speed manual gearbox or a six-speed automatic torque converter unit, while the 1.2-liter engine variants have a five-speed manual or a five-speed automated manual transmission (AMT).
